I followed the instructions exactly 5 times and the hair was never removed. These streaks left wax all over the application area which was removed with the wipes provided. I tried it three times on my chin and twice on my upper lip. The hair is thin and light, with darker and thicker hairs protruding in places. It's only become a problem since I'm a bit older but wanted to try something different than trimming my nose hair and plucking my chin and mustache and these strips have been the best in

They do what they say. They're pulling out their hair! I've used a few other brands that have a hard time melting the wax with hand rubbing and never had such problems with this particular brand so I'll stick with them.

So I decided to build up the courage to try. Well, I definitely regret this purchase. My skin is far from perfect, but I don't usually look like I'm going through puberty. I've never had a reaction like this. I used them on a Sunday evening and these shots were taken on a Thursday evening. I hope this clears up soon. Just be careful if you have even remotely sensitive skin.
