Illegal in Pennsylvania at Tire Lights
Contrary to what some sellers may tell you, law enforcement can stop you. I got pulled over in Pennsylvania last night. The cop told me that any aftermarket lighting installed on a vehicle that wasn't factory installed is illegal in Pennsylvania. I'm not sure of his location as my car is registered in Maryland. I also passed another Pennsylvania cop and he didn't stop me. In my world I try not to do anything that gets stopped for me so I guess it's garbage now.
