Lousy product, low quality.
After less than a month of regular use, the side brush module was covered. This is expressed in a periodic squeak and brush stop for a few seconds during cleaning. A call to the service center in St. Petersburg did not give anything. They refuse to repair under warranty, citing a lack of spare parts, but at the same time they are ready to repair for money (1700r). They suggest sending it to a service center in Hong Kong for a free repair. So much for the vaunted quality and service of this company. Addition: I handed over for repair through the store where this vacuum cleaner was purchased. They warned that the repair could take up to 45 days, but they called after 10 and said that they could pick it up. They said they won't fix it anymore and will either replace it or refund the money. While it works. Will watch.
