I have always bought my pea coats from Walmart and as they are more expensive than any other I expected better quality! I've had Walmart pea coats that cost $40 and even after 5 years of constant wear they didn't show the wear and tear that this piece had several hours after wearing. Within an hour of wearing this coat (and that's generous, because it was more like 20 minutes) it started to curl up on the sleeves, various edges, and even the sides from the slightest friction (like carrying a handbag). . Within a few weeks, the balaclava began tearing in various places, such as the waist and armpits. I should have taken a medium size based on height (which is generous so I give it) but I bought a large to make sure I had room for sweaters and sweatshirts. Even with sweaters and sweatshirts, this item has left a lot of space, but it only makes up for the quality and is definitely not a good reason to spend money.
