After two months of use, one of the headphones stopped charging, so they took it to a repair shop in their city to have it looked at for free because of the warranty. The headphones were confiscated when the master issued an act on the non-repairability of the items; in another act, he ordered people to go to the seller (in this case, the Beeline online store) and beat the money out of them via the aliexpress platform. We first tried to get in touch with Beeline on June 2; the funds still aren't back in the account. They are fed in the morning; either they need more information, their information is incorrect, they get an SMS with instructions to come get cash, or we pick up the phone and call them. Disgrace! Wherever practical, I will provide reviews for all available channels. In addition, I intend to file a formal complaint with the court against Beeline for their blatant disregard for customer rights.
