A useless product, its not worth the money.
If the watch is not needed for use when swimming, you can take it. There are many different functions. Speaker ok. But they are discharged quickly - 2 days maximum (with training). I eventually switched to a Huawei 6 bracelet - yes, there are no speakers, but the autonomy cannot be compared + you can use it when swimming.
