10 years of desk work, coming home every night with severe lower back pain, and for the first time in many years I have no pain! To be honest, I didn't want to spend money on something I was sure was a ruse, but after a week of serious thought, I did. The package arrived after about 4 days, I opened it thinking it was just a weak fit and convinced myself I was fooled. The next day I took it to work - for half a day I try to get comfortable, and in the afternoon I complain about the "fit" and my stupidity. Imagine my surprise when it was time to go home and I had NO lower back pain. - NO - the same the next day, another day and so on! If you suffer from lower back pain and are convinced it is due to the way you go about your day in your chair, this is an absolute must! Do it - you'll be glad you did.
