Mediocre product, probably won't use.

I have had a chair of this style for the past three years at work, and it has never been satisfactory. Not a single squeak or wobble.
I've had one of these stus at home for just over a year. It groans and wobbles; I plan to get it replaced soon.
Both chairs have wonky rocking lock mechanisms. There are occasions when you're leaning back comfortably and he suddenly leaps off, at which point you're already clicking to a stop. Horrible, unsettling pull.

The one I just got is of far lower quality than the one I bought about a year and a half ago. The reclining lock randomly activates, which not only causes a startle but also makes it easy to spill tea. Sitting for an extended period of time without a seat liner might cause discomfort. I'm a big guy (90 kg), and after sitting in the same chair for six months, it started to creak and give off an unpleasant impression of instability.
