Definitely a good starter kit. Very difficult to wash off.
If you need a variety of colors in the beginning, that's great because you can even mix them. Excellent price. It's hard to work with, but easy when you're experienced and know it takes forever to wash off. It never dried out either, I had to set it with powder.
