Works as advertised, but the headlight isn't actually good

The dual-purpose nature (reflector+light) saves space, and they're super easy to install. The battery life is also good, and charging them is convenient due to the way the lights attach to the mounts.But I wouldn't buy these if you need an actual headlight, like to see the road in front of you. Though it's bright, the beam isn't directed enough. Even though I have it angled down - like you should, so you're not blinding people - I don't really notice the beam until it's nearly pitch dark. And then, the strength of the beam is not exactly confidence-inspiring.If you're always under streetlights and just want to be seen, these are fine, but I'd like to see on the bike trails home!
