Review on Enhance Sewing Precision with Janome Ruffler for AcuFeed Models by Heather Shaw

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Nice but unnecessary learning curve for the price.

It is necessary to tighten the sewing needles in the machine with a screwdriver, otherwise the vibration of the crimper will loosen the needle and you will, like me, find that more needles are broken in an hour than you ever thought . Also make sure to align the position of the needle with the hole in the picker, otherwise the needles will break. Ruffler is great but expensive and noisy and there are no directions. I've used Ruffler on several brands of machines but they had considerably more instructions on all uses, the expensive Janome doesn't offer anything useful and for a new sewer it would be a deal breaker. Manufacturers sometimes assume
