Excellent scanner - works like a scanner that costs 4 times the price
Before purchasing this unit I emailed Xtool to make sure it could program remotes for my explorer. Your technician assured me that would be the D8. After receiving the scanner, setup and activation was quick. Upgrading is easy and free upgrades are provided for 3 years. I was able to program two new remotes in less than 10 minutes. This saved me from having to pay a dealer or locksmith for the same programming. I was also able to get the access codes for the Ford doors. The Xtool technician also checked that everything works as I expected.
