Disappointed hair fell out.
I've been using this product for over a month and my hair has fallen out. Although I normally have fine hair, this product caused a handful of hair to fall out when I washed it off and revealed bald patches on my scalp. It also caused my scalp to itch when I left the shampoo on for the recommended amount of time. I'm disappointed this product didn't work for me as it smelled great and had rave reviews. After changing the shampoo, there were no problems with hair loss. I don't think I was allergic but I know it didn't work for me.
