I've been buying shampoo and balm for over a year and I liked them before. But the formula has completely changed. Both the shampoo and conditioner now have a more liquid consistency and don't smell as or as good as the previous products. My previous bottle of conditioner had Aloe Vera Oil, Rosemary, and Argan Oil on the label, but now it says Argan Oil, Aloe Vera, and Echinacea. I've been using this product for over a month and my hair has fallen out. For a month I thought I just had severe dandruff or product buildup. It gave me terrible dandruff and made my scalp react badly. It was so bad you could see the growths on my hairline. My barber said it sounded like I was allergic to it. I stopped using this product and the problem went away. Although it's advertised as an "ultra moisturizing miracle," that doesn't mean it will work for everyone. And if you KNOW you have sensitive skin, I'll probably stay away from these shampoos.

I read the ingredients on the website very carefully before ordering as I cannot use sulfates OR sodium chloride on my keratin treated hair. I was SO excited to receive my order, look at the ingredients on the product itself, which NOW lists Sodium Chloride as an ingredient, a very big no-no. 😠 I will return. BEWARE!
