Dissatisfied with the formula change.
I've been buying shampoo and balm for over a year and I liked them before. But the formula has completely changed. Both the shampoo and conditioner now have a more liquid consistency and don't smell as or as good as the previous products. My previous bottle of conditioner had Aloe Vera Oil, Rosemary, and Argan Oil on the label, but now it says Argan Oil, Aloe Vera, and Echinacea. I am not happy with the changes and may not purchase again.
