There are many chargers for Switch controllers. It wasn't the most brilliant or the coolest game, but it was officially licensed by Nintendo. In recent years, buying third-party controllers and non-gaming systems has made me more cautious about investing in them. I think this charging station was probably $10 more expensive than many others, but the official license gave me confidence. I look good, complements the Nintendo dock and gets the controllers going. A red LED indicates that the controllers are charging. The LED will turn off when charging is complete. I actually want the LED to turn green as a sign that they are charged as I think that would be a clearer indication that charging is complete. When the LED goes out, the question sometimes arises as to whether the controller is installed correctly. This is a small problem and really a "nap". Overall I am very happy with this charger.
