I had to write and give this product a 5 star rating. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of this skirt. The fabric is medium weight, the folds are easily smoothed out. I used it on a king bed and the fabric draped nicely around the bed. It didn't straighten up or lose that collected look I feared because it stretched around the king versus the queen bed. I installed it myself and it was easy to stretch. 2 assembly lines keep it in place well. This skirt came with a pack of 10 upholstery pins not listed in the description. This is a very nice addition. I tucked the top of the skirt between the mattress and box spring to get the correct length, then secured it with the pivot pins provided so it didn't hang down the full length of the bed. It stays in place without pins, but can sag over time and with use, allowing it to stay flat. I also really liked the elastic loops in case the bed skirt stretches over time. A very well thought out product at a very reasonable price. I'm a happy customer!
