I was happy with everything except the nose studs.
The needles were individually wrapped and it was great. The bloodstoppers were decent despite being plastic. The only problem was with the nose studs. The ends of the studs are curved like a corkscrew instead of straight. Didn't notice when I bought it. I thought they were L shaped. This made inserting the nose stud after piercing very difficult and caused a lot of unnecessary pain. I would recommend buying different nose studs.
