I just received the dress, opened the plastic bag, no hanger just wrapped in plastic. The dress has no tags (poor signal) and has obviously been worn. The dress has deodorant under the armpits and someone has attached a safety pin to the front of the dress. If I wanted a used one I would go to a thrift store and now I have to take it somewhere to return it. IT ALSO HAS A HORRIBLE SMELL WHEN REPACKAGING
