I like this fish farmer very much. It's big enough for fish bigger than guppies. Accommodates two mollies, swords or flatfish. The small air hose connection on the side is also a nice addition. It's a little difficult to detach the bottom from the top but I've had others detach too easily so this is better. It's also a little tricky to install a baffle that keeps babies down, but not difficult. However, I have found a very unique use for it. I actually put it in my 10 gallon frying tank. I just removed the floor under the partition that lets the kid fry and doesn't let the mom. Instead of catching the children, I just leave my mother upstairs. Babies fall through the cracks like they should, but they go straight into the baby pool. It is excellent! You don't have to try to pull mom back out to keep the kids inside. No more babies swimming back into cracks and being eaten by their mother. I also run an air hose into the vent/pipe. So the water still flows well where Mom is. This allows for better ventilation of their area and actually helps the chicks migrate. Cups sit too far in and back. You can no longer be reached after attachment.
