My daughter is 3 years old, she is medium height. I ordered them in regular size 3T/4T. It was true to size down the center, the ties were long but not long enough to style like the photo. The jumpsuit is also a bit long, but that's okay because the ruffles make it really cute! I would say order your child's clothes true to size or one size smaller. Plus, it's awesome stuff and super cute!
