It's easy to edit or add records because it has an interface with Excel which makes it very user friendly. You are able to customize almost everything that can be done in this product. This software is quite expensive but if you're looking for a good option then give it a try. They offer demo version as well where you will get an idea of how it works. We had some issues when we migrated our database into their system. But they solved them quickly and was more than happy with the support provided by them. So far nothing major. Our main problem it solves is making sure all relevant information in one place at once time. Now when there is any change made in the master file, every employee gets.
