The best thing I like about it is that you have many options to set up what you need according to your needs. It's easy to edit or add records because it has an interface with Excel which makes it very user friendly. You are able to customize almost everything that can be done in this product. This software is quite expensive but if you're looking for a good option then give it a try. They offer demo version as well where you will get an idea of how it works. It is very easy to use as it has everything you need in one place without any distractions or extra add-ons that will slow down performance (such us JIRA). The UI can be improved by adding more icons/pictures etc when navigating between screens but this doesn't really bother me too much since I'm not using other tools like MS Project which does have some great features! The ease in which you can set up new master records as well with existing ones is just amazing! I would say that it takes some time to learn how things work at first but once everything clicks its fast forward mode!! Not much else really apart form setting this system right we have been using since last 6 months or more no issues found yet other then maybe learning curve when initial setup was done there were few technical glitches now resolved 100% fully functional product.
