Crossed wires, no return or replacement
Arrived broken. The ringer and voice wires shared a slot, and a yellow wire was plugged into a green or red slot. I've assembled a CAT5 cable before, I can understand how it works, but how did it pass quality control? What really annoys me is the inability to replace a faulty product.
