Well looking back I think I should have bought the Snowball ICE mic. That's why. The ICE version is $20 cheaper. The only things it lacks is a conference call mode and a -10dB mode for recording instruments. None of these things are required for my use, which is primarily VoIP communications for gaming. The $20 you save can be spent on a microphone. Pole ($13-15), USB AB adapter ($3-5), and USB ON/OFF switch with extension cord ($13.90). /OFF switch not even present on the $70 non-ICE version. I ended up spending $20 that I probably won't need. Not so hot what's up. With the bracket + adapter + switch this is a great mic setup and all my friends say it sounds really great on their end. Here are the links to the accessories I bought with my Blue Snowball.
