The ability for me as an HR leader in my small business owner clientele with 20 employees or less was able connect easily via our website - where I could have staff members schedule times during their day without having someone come into personel center from outside agency! Connecting them up one step closer than traditional office software such us Microsoft Office 365!! Not much dislike about any aspect but wish there were more features built out like calendar integration between village & mso365 would be awesome if we can get this going. There are some benefits as it has created accountability within each department/staff member's section when doing projects together (such task assignment) I like how easy it makes scheduling events for my employees with out having an admin person or manager involved in every one! It has helped our office grow because we are able meet many different people from all over this state who may not have known each other before they started working here together as part time workers!! We cant be apart anymore since meeting soo much more talent then just ourselves. !
