Review on Qtrac Virtual Queuing and Appointment Scheduling Platform by Klassic Duncan

The ability of having all appointments at your fingertips is so convenient! Not only can I see when each appointment has been scheduled but also how many people are in line waiting as well (which helps me determine if my employees need more help or not)! It's very helpful that it tells which day they will be back with their next appt!! There really isn't anything bad about this software from what i've tried thus far; however there could definitely some improvements made regarding the ease/accessibility of being able view new available timeslots once we fill up an hour slot etc..

This would make scheduling much easier too since no one needs any reminders anymore :) And now everything stays organized within our CRM database.
