What I love is that this brush feels good on the scalp, the handle fits my hand perfectly. I have mostly straight straight thick hair and this comb combs it with no problem, doesn't generate static electricity but tangles my hair in a few places when it's dry. does not come with the extra bristles and when I got the brush one bristle was broken and the other was snapped/bent but has not fallen off yet. The vent hole is not needed on the brush I received as the brush pad is concave (not rounded) as if there is no air in it. All in all - when I look at the cost of the best brushes compared to what I paid for them alone, I'm not embarrassed. It's not a cute thing, and it's a regular brush. If I treat her well I think she will last me a few years before I have to switch to another brush.
