I have used this product with the Koi Beauty micro pin pen. I have repurchased this product 3 times because it is the best. I use it for myself at home and love that each cartridge is individually wrapped with a sterile label (I use a set of 12 needles). Although I only use it for myself and not in professional settings, I would recommend throwing away any cartridge after each use. 1. If the needles are bent (which is almost impossible to see because they're so small), it will bruise and tear your skin. 2. I do not trust my ability to sterilize the item at home. The safest practice is one and done. One box is enough for me for a year because I only make microneedles once a month. I'd say do your homework on the safest path to microneedling if you choose to do it yourself. I spent weeks and weeks reading about it before trying it myself. I also watched countless YouTube videos. I discovered Koi Beauty because someone on the forum said they are professional beauticians and use this brand. I was very happy with it and was not paid for this review. Please note: the last time I bought this product, it took over 30 days to ship. Now they say it will come within a week. Not sure what has been changed to speed up shipping but make sure you understand how long it can take for it to reach you.
