I appreciate the attention to me, the client, and the sincere desire to do the right thing on my part. Many Thanks! poor quality, not durable and the tools provided don't really work. You can't make a real hole without ripping the fabric (I still haven't figured out how to make a freaking hole) and when used with a real caulking tool (thanks Dritz) it actually ruins already very bad grommets. and thunder. so don't buy it. find another way.
