They are very good with all aspects of shipping. The customer service is great as well. I don't really dislike anything about them. Sometimes it takes time for their team to respond but that's understandable when you're dealing with so many customers at once. Shipping services can be expensive depending on where you ship from/to and how much weight there is in each shipment. But if they offer competitive rates then go ahead and use them! It was hard finding someone who could provide shipping services without being too costly. With Landmark Global we were able to find someone quickly who met our needs. And they did not charge us extra for using their services. Also, everything went smoothly during the process.
