Love the look, add some extra glue and handle gently

First off, let me say I really like the look. They cut easily with a thin saw, but some break with simple handling. I managed to save up enough to complete the project, but seeing them broken was a bit stressful. They seemed to stick easily and we pressed on them and rubbed back and forth a few times. However, the next day, a few came off the wall, and one came off completely, stuck to the floor, and only came off in pieces. I'll probably have to go back and add some liquid nails. While I like the look, if I had to do it again I would just add liquid nails to start with.
