Easy to use. Remember to take off the white cap before making the ear. Don't get caught up in other reviews. I think they just got it wrong. I did this about seven years ago and have never had a problem removing an earring with tweezers. I think people got it wrong. But it's simple and easy, first wipe the ear with alcohol, then put on, pull off the white plug, put on the ear and press. Gently pull down and you should have the back of the earring attached to the stud. Very easy.
