I was quite disappointed to find that the upper of these shoes is NOT 100% LEATHER as stated in the product description. Instead, the label on the sneaker itself (see photo) says that the upper is a combination of leather and "IMITATE LEATHER" (synthetic). These are cheap shoes so I wasn't expecting much but the actual description is the bare minimum. On the plus side, they did a pretty good job of mixing the materials. Nobody will notice when you put them on. The material is stiff though, so try them on for comfort and don't expect them to break too much.
