Review on B460 Phantom Supports Processors Motherboard by Andrew Carrao

Good board once it works

Bought this board for a new build with i7-10700f and 32g RAM. After everything was assembled, the motherboard recognized the HDD and DVD drive in the BIOS, but pressing F11 for the boot menu didn't show any devices. After reading other reviews and searching the internet for the problem, I found a person with the same problem who bought this board from another seller and the manufacturer's response was to update the BIOS. I tried that and it didn't solve the problem. That's how I was finally able to figure out that CSM needs to be enabled, which for some reason is disabled by default in the BIOS. This is the second Asrock board I own and on both builds I encountered some minor inconveniences that prevented me from simply putting all the pieces together and having a working computer.
