They're a bit difficult to apply at first, but you can do it if you don't have arthritis or dexterity issues. They appear to be of good quality but only time will tell. I've used them 4 or 5 times and they haven't discolored from acetone or rust as I've noticed. They're a little tight, which I like, but without a bit of cotton, they're uncomfortable to wear for 20 minutes. I would recommend being careful not to skimp on cotton. When I started it was like day and night. Overall much easier than trying to wrap your hands in aluminum foil.
