I bought orange and brown a large size. It's very light but warm. I don't think we can sleep under it in summer because it gets too hot. If you're looking for a year-round blanket for you and a partner, I get too hot in the summer, although sleeping alone can be different. We live in upstate New York and sleep comfortably under a sheet and just this blanket during the colder months without the need to heat the baseboard in our room. I like the color! I'm an orange nut and I could never find "my orange"! The orange is bright and just what I wanted. If you are a hunter this would be great for this theme although I don't use it for that. I'm a bit disappointed (hence 4 stars) because it's a bit small to cover a full double bed. I think a king size covers a queen well so go up a size if possible. But underneath we can comfortably accommodate and sleep. I just wish it was a little bigger once the bed is made. The pillowcases are very large, which is great! Our pillows have space for a spare pillow. Easily erased. I just air dried it and it dries very quickly. All in all, this is a great buy, especially for the price. I would highly recommend and would buy again.
