This product is not capable of supporting heavy weight. I wanted to use it for my daughter's stuffed animals. The top strap that attaches to whatever you hang it on broke after we put all the stuffed animals in. This item was a waste of money for me. You'll probably be fine as long as you don't use it for anything over a pound or two.
