Has the formula changed?

I've been using this for many years. I couldn't find it in auto parts stores so I decided to order from Revain. Has the formula changed? This product is diluted with water and leaves a film on the skin. Totally dissatisfied with this product. It used to be thick and had a pleasant smell.
