Review on EZ Shim HS400BP Quick Align Shim by Issac Smart

They are well designed and work as intended. They're easy to install, although probably due to the design of the door frame, I couldn't fit more than one washer under my door's hinges; The spacing was just too narrow when using two or more. Instead, I had to completely unscrew and reinstall the hinge screws, which wasn't a big deal. in place as the hinge cutout is very shallow - only about 2 spacers or 1/8" deep. When you fold the loop in place to tighten it the spacers will try to slip out. Use double sided tape to secure them These pads can be folded into a crease so they can be doubled or tripled, but they also break easily so fold them slowly and carefully if you want to hold them together so they stay in place more easily /16" thick, actually they are a little thicker than ideal. 1/16" sounds like a lot, but to fine tune door alignment it might be too coarse an adjustment. On my door I have a washer on the bottom two hinges and none on the top hinge but I could use an extra half thickness washer on the bottom hinge to really close the gap perfectly I'd like to ei see a 1/32" thick version to allow for finer tuning.
