works well with the iPad.

I got this to connect standard USB sticks to my iPad and iPhone 11. I had no problems with it (I had 2 packs). In terms of performance, they work great as I stream videos directly from USB sticks that I plug into my iPad via these adapters. For the price you can't beat it. Should be a standard accessory for any iPad or iPhone owner with a Lightning connector.
