They are made of very good material. Heavy and soft. Head and shoulders above what you get from LL Bean or Ralph Lauren flannel pajamas. As mentioned they run small, I wear XL pants in most pajamas of this type, I am XXL and they fit well. I have a 1" tear at the stitching just below the fly. It's not ideal and I don't think it can be changed. The material has some wear.
