I really didn't want to give a negative rating, but. I've been a meat eater for a long time. I am a muscular male (220) 6ft. However, I tried veganism for a month. It was very difficult to find a vegan protein product to gain weight. I'll just go through the list of results - they may be different for you. The consistency when trying to mix this product is a nightmare. I've never had so much trouble mixing shakes with traditional meat/casino/whey protein products.2. Terrible taste! 3. When it is fully mixed, you can putty the walls with it. I use Magic Bullet. I have never had such a problem with mixing proteins. I used four scoops as per the instructions and it just doesn't mix well. I felt like I was losing muscle even though I was on a 3500-4000 calorie diet.5. I'm sure other people may have different opinions. If it works for you, I'm happy for you! 6. I'm eating meat, meat-based protein shakes, and veggies again, and I feel great. Still going strong!
