This is a good brush for what we need it for

My daughter uses this brush because her hairdresser (myself) told her she needed to brush her hair once a day with a boar bristle brush and make sure she rinses all the soap out of her hair. She needed to clear out the dandruff she had on her scalp. It doesn't hurt her scalp, but works well enough to massage and stimulate the scalp. Her dandruff is all gone now.

Pros

Using the brush is easy and it works well with thick curly hair.

Cons

The set may require frequent cleaning to avoid buildup
