These hurdles would make a great addition to my training arsenal. Being able to change height without having to have different obstacles is a HUGE time saver! Altitude change takes seconds. I could use these barriers for different exercises. I know people said they broke easily back then and it bothered me because I read that AFTER I bought them. Well I don't know what they did with them, but they are good quality barriers. Now you will definitely deal them some damage when you encounter them, but that becomes user error and the realization that you need to improve your footwork and training performance. All in all I can highly recommend barriers. They offer you many training options at a great price.
