I was hoping this would be an adapter that would allow you to use regular low stock presses on a Bernina machine but it doesn't. It is not mentioned at all in the description! What you are buying is a universal version of the Bernina shank that comes with some models and allows you to lock in the Bernina soles/feet. Ordinary low shank presser feet will not work. Yes, they snap, but the position of the needle doesn't match, ie the needle enters the presser foot and doesn't go through the hole. If anyone knows of a device that fits regular low-shafted legs, please let me know!
