This adapter is not suitable for sewing feet, if you try to use it on your machine, the needle will fall off and hit the sewing feet. Luckily I checked needle spacing before sewing, who knows what damage would have been done to my machine if I had just started sewing. Unfortunately, I didn't use it right away and closed my return window.

I was hoping this would be an adapter that would allow you to use regular low stock presses on a Bernina machine but it doesn't. It is not mentioned at all in the description! What you are buying is a universal version of the Bernina shank that comes with some models and allows you to lock in the Bernina soles/feet. Ordinary low shank presser feet will not work. Yes, they snap, but the position of the needle doesn't match, ie the needle enters the presser foot and doesn't go through the hole…
