Review on 🔌 TOPGREENER Tamper Resistant Electrical Receptacles - TU2153A (2PCS) by Juan Moncrief

I bought this to make sure my cloud cameras work without them getting disconnected because something else needs an outlet. Perfect, I thought, can't turn this off and leave all my outlets available. Installation was easy, with terminals for push-in or around screw wiring (although you may need to get creative if your old outlet had TWO screws). Terminal connections (as this socket only has ONE set of screws unlike a standard socket), a ground at the bottom. The bezel fits well but charges my iPhone well via Qi. does not support my amazon cloud camera via USB output. He connects and power failure and reset. For a security camera, this is completely useless and makes no sense. I had to plug a simple 1A USB transformer into this outlet. STUPID! I've tried pull combos or camera only on this product's "3.1A USB port" and nothing could keep my camera plugged in. So. Now I have a DC transformer in my wall that sucks juice all the time. and I don't really trust it because it doesn't work like it should. I can run further tests with the Revain Echo/Dot hooked up to see if it's useful, but it DEFINITELY doesn't do what I bought it for, it provides a simple and constant 5V 1A USB output.
