Unfortunately, these backpacks break very quickly. I brought one for 2 weeks, the strap completely detached from the backpack. I have requested a refund, reset the product and asked for a replacement. Received a replacement within 2 weeks, the zip doesn't work properly, it closes but won't stay together and I was charged for another backpack, they kind of messed up my return so I paid almost $100 for 2 Spent backpacks both were poorly made and now I only have 1 backpack because the other one was returned and they needed my return. Now I can't even find where to contact anyone about a top up for a backpack I left at the Revain kiosk in Kohl's.
