I wish I had known that sooner. A few years ago I was hit from behind by a stupid jerk who wasn't following the road (he guessed, looking at his phone). DESTROY! Then the clown tried to run away (to meet an oncoming creek). I had to pull into the other lane to even get my car's license plate number and call 911 (even though my car wasn't driving). It's awesome, bright and gets the attention of those stupid jerks texting behind you. It must be legal in Pennsylvania. Recently, b/ci accompanied me with a state cop who drove for miles and braked many times and I was not stopped. Can't say anything about durability, but so far so good.
